MINORS: K5 universal quantifier false as stated; K6 "only ever enumeration" false for decidable structures (Sturm, invariants); H1 falsely modest (necessary-clause conjunction derivable); K15 mixes LAW with CHOSEN strictest-regime policy and embeds perishable statutes in Part I; K11 first half near-definitional given K1 (and delegation of settlement is possible); K12's universal scope embeds an unnamed worker-dignity value. K8 checked clean — the soundest FACT. T7 and T13 clean derivations.
Most-vulnerable FACT: K7. Most-embarrassing hidden assumption: substrate/tooling parity. One change: move human-lane independence and substrate parity behind the interface line — the permanent-frontier-band claim is propped by two contingent empirics eroding on the kernel's own account.
